Chaunteé Schuler (born October 15, 1982) is an American singer and actress.

Early life[edit]
Schuler was born in Alaska. She was raised in Spotsylvania, Virginia.[1] She started singing at a young age in her church choir.[1] After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Richmond.[1]
Career[edit]
Schuler is a prolific stage actress, starring in productions such as The Lion King,[1][2] Everyday Rapture,[1] Applause,[3] The Producers,[1] Party Come Here,[4] Dreamgirls,[1][5] Crumbs from the Table of Joy,[6] and Xanadu.[7]
Her most notable television role was Bonnie McKechnie in the CBS TV series As the World Turns.[1][8]
Awards[edit]
In 2006 Schuler was nominated for the Barrymore Award for Outstanding Leading Actress in a Musical for her work in Dreamgirls.[9]
