Early life[edit]

Reed left Iceland when she was 18. When she was 20, she settled in London, where she studied drama at Drama Centre London, graduating in 2010.

In April 2015, Reed co-starred in the world premiere of a new play, Scarlet, by Sam H Freeman at Southwark Playhouse exploring slut-shaming and cyberbullying and their emotional repercussions. The producers, Theatre Renegade,[2] worked with The White Ribbon Campaign to support the production’s cast and creatives whilst working on the production as well as running informative talks and Q&As dealing with some of the issues addressed in the play.
