Kathryn Smith, primera mujer coach en la NFL | PulsoDF

The Buffalo Bills bravely hired Kathryn Smith as an assistant coachfor the 2016-17 Football season, paving the way for women in Football.  Smith’s background:

Smith is from Dewitt, a suburb of Syracuse N.Y.  Kathryn is an athlete, having competed in Lacrosse, Swimming and Bowling while attending Christian Brothers Academy, a private Catholic High School.  Her brother was a member of the school Football team and Smith kept stats.  Smith attended The Sport’s Management program at St John’s University in N.Y.  She interned for The Jets.  The Jets hitred Smith as a full-time palyer personnel assistant, where she gained productive esperience.  

She is known as an extremely hard worker and has impressed those she has worked with.
